Combined Monthly Forecast – Fall and Winter 2012

The fascinating and mystical journey of the Water Dragon is inching to a close!

 In the 2012 New Year’s forecast I said:

“Change, Change and more Change! More change in short intervals than we can imagine, plan or anticipate! Expect the Unexpected – every step of the way… 2012 will be a dynamic, fast-paced year with many unexpected challenges, dramatic changes and potentials for real progress…”

“With the turbulent waters shifting us in every possible direction, it is going to be a real chore to keep our inner calm and remain steadfast.”

In case this statement did not ring a bell for you, the remaining months of 2012 you may need to be reminded, as we need to remain steadfast and keep our inner calm more now than ever.

Have you experienced any life-changing events on your own journey so far this year?  As turbulent and demanding the year has been we are just inching close to the punch line. Let us go at it one month at a time:

 Month of the Earth Rooster – Ji You – Yin Earth above–Yin Metal below

Sept 7 – Oct 7 2012

Usually the months of September/October are times of great fun and harvest celebrations. True to form, this year’s Yin Earth Rooster also delivers a generous harvest. But do not let that distract anyone: there are significant differences about this year’s harvest. Almost all of the goods of this harvest are going into the pockets of a few while the masses are losing out –more than in any other previous years.

So, the well-focused zoom lens of the Earth Rooster will be sharply pointed at the financial institutions of our world. Roosters are excellent at digging up the needed details to make a case and present a simple truth. This month’s earth-energies could provide the best influence we need to finally get those hidden pieces to complete some complex puzzles. Serious investigations into the financial crimes committed against humanity as a whole can no longer be avoided. The Water Dragon–Earth Rooster team will continue to make a case in September to bring about a final showdown during the last months of 2012.

The Rooster sign activates the current Romance Star for the whole year of 2012, but especially, this September we can expect an increased interest in romantic unions: most likely for those with the Rooster on the Day, Month or Year in their charts. This also means we should watch out for the likelihood of infidelities to be on the rise in the ‘month of Love’.

Yang Water and Yin Earth combined can produce murky, muddy waters, indicating the likelihood of health epidemics, primarily spreading in the Northern hemisphere. A possible chemical or nuclear accident in the North or North-Eastern region of a given country or the planet is also likely to occur during the last 10 days of September.

Meanwhile, increased occurrences and higher magnitudes of earthquakes, sinkholes (yin Earth) other solar flares-induced earth changes could erupt at many points on our planet during the Fall of 2012.

The September Flying Stars –leading with the unfavorable 7 Metal ‘loss’ Star in the center- offer a mixed influence. If we are focused and mindful, we can easily sidestep any possible traps or pitfalls, thanks to the mitigating effects of the monthly visiting Stars over most negative areas. However, the North and NE areas could still be seriously afflicted, if timely precautions are not taken.

 September’s forecast suggests that a strange process of dismantling, or ‘dissolving’-type energetics is taking place. September will be the first in the coming 4-month period when these energies will become more noticeable. Slowly, but surely, the mighty powers of the six thousand year old power-game institutions are visibly falling apart.

Oct 8 – Nov 7  2012

The honest and faithful Metal Dog is stepping on the scene in October to continue with the truth-finding and dissemination process. Yang Metal could represent a mirror, a shield or a weapon to reflect and uphold the truth.

It is during the faithful month of October that we could witness the most dramatic socio-political and geographical changes to date in 2012.

Why? The Water Dragon will be in direct opposition with the Yang Earth energies of the Dog, and a formidable show-down could ensue. Both sides, the Dog and the Dragon, represent the energies of the gatekeepers of ‘Heaven’. This year the gates of ‘Heaven’ can open for many who are finished with duality dramas and reached a higher vibrational level, while still existing on 3D Earth. By ‘Heaven’, I mean raising their frequency vibrations above this 3D reality, incorporating more and more a 5^th -dimensional vibration level into their daily existence.

The masses are finally getting fully awake and aware of the games played out in this reality that has conditioned them for millenniae. During October 2012, the protective Metal Dog will clear the path for those who are ready to walk away from this dense duality and enter the ‘gates’ of higher vibrations.

Meanwhile, Mother Earth will manifest her will as well: massive earthquakes, underwater volcanic activities or landslides could continue to make headlines. October is the only month this year when the yearly and monthly Flying Stars double up.

Last time we witnessed such a phenomenon was the faithful month of March 2011, where the double 5 Yellow Earth Star entered the East.

Unfortunately, this event happens to fall on the month of the Metal Dog – where the opposition between Dog and Dragon already makes for a dramatic outcome!

The double effects of the Stars in each sector can get explosive. The central favorable 6 Metal Star, representing ‘Heaven’ brings a direct central GOOD ‘power surge’ energy to all. The SE will experience the turbulent double-trouble influence of the 5 Yellow Earth Star , while the double –hostile energies of the 3 Wood Star in the SW could bring multiple calamities, if not mitigated.

October Flying Stars 2012

The favorable Stars double up in the NE – 9 Purple Star of future success, East – 4 Wood Star of Romance and Knowledge, West – 8 Prosperity Star and the South -1 Water Star of Opportunity – these areas will experience the positive influence of the above stars.

Like March 2011, October 2012 will be remembered as a massive shifting month, facilitating the serious birthing process taking place soon thereafter.

Month of the Metal Boar – Xin Hai – Yin Metal above –Yang Water below

Nov 8 – Dec 5  2012

Continuing with the dismantling/dissolving effects of the Yang Water Dragon’s influence this Fall and Winter, it will become more and more apparent that this reality is going through daily labor pains. By the time November rolls in, we will be fully awake to see how dramatically the political-socio-economic landscape has transformed into a grotesque cartoon. 

The ruling establishments around the world can no longer hold on to their power so they keep creating pretend-power plays, in case there are a few people left who still believe in them.  All that is needed to expose this charade now is a few snips: and the curtain of Oz falls down. Our kind friend, the proud Metal Boar will be most happy to provide the scissors.

Example: Julian Assange, (born in the year of the Metal Boar, 1971) clearly demonstrated the unbending, even heroic qualities of this Metal Boar. During November the year’s clean-up spins at a rapid pace, and gets completed during the influence of our heroic-minded Metal Boar.

With his untiring inner stealth, the Boar can facilitate the next-in-line show-down between the Powers-that-were and the masses of humans stripped of their rights and integrities. When angered and convinced of his truth, this Metal Boar can turn from a quiet, unassuming piggy into a fierce opponent. 

November Flying Stars 2012

Although we find the unfavorable 5 Yellow Earth Star entering the center, fortunately, the pearl-effects of the remaining Stars help bring a relative calm to most sectors this month.

That said we should not underestimate this malicious 5 Earth Star . It can potentially bring on financial losses, tragedies,  earth changes or other complications. Fortunately, the positive energies of the yearly 6 Metal Star will  mitigate the central areas. Still, I am not convinced that the month of November will be a quiet, peaceful month. The 5 Yellow Earth Star could manage to add more complexities to already existing conflicts or create one from scratch. It feels as if we will be cleaning up after the stormy events in October.

The mighty waters of the ruling Yang Water Dragon will be channeled into well-focused action in November. As chaotic and turbulent the world may seem, yet, from a higher perspective, it will all start to make perfect sense. So, there is no need to hold on to fear. Material losses, due to economic downturns, or earth change events will help bring many people around to finally wake up, learn the truth and let go of their attachments.

 Month of the Water Rat – Ren Zi – Yang Water above –Yin Water below 

Dec 6 – Jan 4  2013

Yang Water above, Yin Water below, Yang Water from the Dragon-year influence: water, water everywhere! December’s energetic make-up is like the ocean – at times very calm, with gentle waves, or it can suddenly turn stormy, expressing itself through hurricanes or tsunamis. Which aspects are we to experience during the final month of 2012 will be up to each being.

Under the influence of the easy-going and friendly Water Rat, we will feel comfortable to meet new people, get to know our neighbors, join interesting groups, open up to strangers, or generally, just go with the flow. At this final stage of 2012, most of us will realize, it is best to join forces with others, rather than fight.

Needless to say, with all the water expressed during this Lunar month, it is a sure sign that Mother Earth will be busy cleansing herself. The most likely affected areas are: the SE and SW – possible Water–or Earthquake-related calamities could occur there; The South also gets afflicted, as conflict between Earth and Water (land and sea?) may turn dramatic, while in the NE and NW areas Fire-related calamities may occur.

Wait a minute: but that is almost everywhere! Yes, it seems that way. The exceptions are the East, West and central areas of a continent, country or the globe.

December Flying Stars 2012

The calming influence of the 4 Wood Star of knowledge and love is well fitting for December 2012. It tells us that we may just have the maturity and wisdom to deal with these massive Earth changes, after all.

By December it will be obvious that most beings will be energetically prepared to be ready to ascend with Mother Earth by the time we reach the fast-changing days between the New Moon – 13^th of December- and the Solstice on 21-22^nd of December.

 From this forecast we can clearly ‘see’ that there will be major Earth changes occurring in multiple locations simultaneously during December, most of them directly related or caused by the majestic powers of Water. Our planet is truly getting ‘baptized’…

What are the fundamental lessons learned during the mystical journey of the 2012 Water Dragon year? In my humble view all lessons we’ve been through are culminating in one simple truth:  accept and love ourselves and each other as we are.

Month of the Earth Monkey – Wu Shen- Yang Earth above–Yang Metal below

 August 7 – September 6  2012

Navigating along in the most complex times of 2012 to date, I do not need to remind you of how most extraordinary the road we traveled this year was. We may be reluctant to turn our heads to even look back: it was hair-raising and beautiful at the same time. There isn’t any ‘time’ to look back, the pace is so fast. Let’s look ahead instead. As we leave the fiery months of June and July behind we suddenly find ourselves at the foot of a mountain. Or a brick wall.

As we gaze up at the height and terrain of this new path, we are faced with a new set of challenges. How high and how far we each venture on this steep rocky road will be up to each individual. We could go well-prepared, plan ahead and enjoy the adventure or we can make it a lot harder on ourselves going at it without preparation and immersed in fear.

Yes, amazingly, we managed to reach the beginning of August. This year’s August falls on the lunar month of the Earth Monkey, ruled by Yang Earth – symbolic of a rocky mountain. Earth brings a more stable character to the Monkey, making him more reliable and focused. That Monkey curiosity and intelligence never skips a beat, which will be very helpful for all of us this month. These qualities can bring us a better perspective for the road ahead. Like in the event that some may just wake up and realize that their path is a dead-end street, the crafty Monkey energy could be there to help figure a way out.

The difficult task of the Earth Monkey is going to be to set us straight, and make us get our feet firmly back on the ground. Welcome to reality. If you remember, we started out on the mighty waters of this Water Dragon-ruled year, thinking we got on a cruise ship that will take us on a fun adventure. However, even adventures have their obstacles. As of now this year’s Water Dragon will find its greatest face-off with the powerful energies of Yang Earth. This could place us right in the middle of a mighty drama playing out on Terra Firma.

Before you throw up your arms and give up, let me remind you that the Dragon and the Monkey are good friends. Also good news: our Dragon is familiar with this territory, because its original source element is Yang Earth. So, as we navigate the constantly changing landscapes of 2012 we find that the August landscape will change more dramatically than in any other previous months. We can take the path to blend with the evolutionary flow of the cosmic waters: just living in the NOW. OR, some of us would prefer the hard road: climbing uphill battles on the seemingly harsh rocky roads and hills ahead. The current paradigm brings abundant choices: all we need is to use a bit more focus and careful discernment as to where we place our next steps.

 We know how clever and intelligent the Monkey sign is. As most Monkeys can’t help and also be clever pranksters, they could lead some unsuspected souls down a dead-end ravine just to get a good laugh. Fortunately, thanks to the sensible Earth element, the jokes may only be there to teach us to loosen up and lose the ignorance and pay better attention.

I am reminded how brave, nurturing and supportive the year’s ruler, the Water Dragon really is. More than ever, it encourages us to have faith in our own skills and abilities; to start using those extra set of skills we did not know we had until now. This August the tests are multi-fold: they can include mental puzzles, practical jokes, boot-camp-type physical endurance tests and more. It is not a month –or year- for slackers.

The rocky road ahead could very well end up being a smooth mountain path, or a steep, dangerous dry ravine: we will only know once we bravely begin the journey. There is no way to turn back, but to face the challenges ahead.

In summary, it will be an interesting time to see who is playing a joke on whom? How do we know we past the tests? When we get to the other side, we may likely stand up and laugh at ourselves. The Monkey managed to trick us to learn not to take the ride too seriously.

So dear fellow travelers: prepare well, both, mentally and physically, but make sure you laugh and enjoy the ride along the way, just like our friend the Earth Monkey: after all, life is a brilliant adventure.

Month of the Fire Sheep – Ding Wei – Yin Fire above–Yin Earth below

July 6 – August 6  2012

More than half of 2012 is behind us and though it was a rocky ride at times, we passed all the dangerous ravines with grace and speed. Do you remember how we had to pass the most potent tests of Yang Fire in May and most of June? I wrote back then: “… The magnificent, energetic Fire Horse can bring lightning–fast transformations into our personal and collective lives, making June a memorable month on many levels.”

 Now here we are, ready or not, prompted to jump into a different kind of purifying fire. This July we will be entering a time of cleansing and healing brought on by the warmth of the sizzling Yin fire of the gentle and nurturing Fire Sheep. The Fire Sheep’s passion is similar to that of his big brother, the Fire Horse, but it is expressed closer to home, on a more practical, down-to-earth level. We will still need to deal with the expected duality dramas, hair-raising twists and-turns in many personal and collective relationships this July, but the Sheep will make sure they end on a peaceful note. Our Sheep is a pacifist: s/he hates arguments, wars and fights of all sorts, hoping that time will heal all wounds.

This summer the heat will be on those who will not give up playing the games of deep duality: continue with the dramas of fraud, deception, exploitation, hurtful behaviors; ignoring the reality of how much suffering this behavior had caused, both on a personal and collective levels. The ongoing cosmic changes began to turn the tables on these outdated paradigms. The Sheep may be a peaceful soul, but deep down, s/he is all for social justice, resolutions by peaceful means and freedom of the soul.

The month of July could offer more opportunities than ever before this year to bring people of differing ideologies together.  We may experience an increase of successful diplomatic meetings, bringing old and new enemies to face one another. The gentle fires of July will shed a new light on old outworn differences, healing all participants in the process.

Like a caring, nurturing parent, the Fire Sheep has deep compassion and love for all creatures. With this loving yin fire we have the opportunity to really open our hearts to hear, feel and see one another in a different light. Will you find the time to listen to someone near you without judgment? Can you make peace with those who have a completely different viewpoint? There may be endless examples for the opportunities we will have to embrace as we get deeper into the energies of 2012. The continual downloads of the cosmic love energies will be more palpable in July than they were in June, because they caught many of us off-guard. This time the ground is better prepared, and many are waking to its magnificent effects.

Meanwhile, the year’s ruler, the Water Dragon will be eager to join forces with the level-hearted Sheep. The Dragon admires the Sheep’s equally high level of integrity, great innovative ideas and artistic genius. Combining their mutual talents will produce great scientific or innovative achievements and fantastic artistic creations. These grand steps  advance us closer and closer into the Golden Age: and that is just what our Water Dragon had in mind for the year 2012.

As our Sheep friend loves beauty in all shapes and forms, be it Art, Nature or in the person sitting next to him, we’ll be inspired to see the world with more openness and gentle, loving eyes. This July it may be a good time to learn a new specific subject, like Art or Biology: subjects that help us observe the beauty in all living, organic beings. Beauty is up there with integrity, wisdom and courage, channeled from the higher realms. Our planet Earth and all her living creatures provide us with the most amazing display of Beauty every second of every earthly day. Let us re-discover the beauty we all possess – and let this beauty unify us as humans. That is what our friend, the Fire Sheep wants to convey to us this July.

IMHO, July will be the first in the coming months, when we will witness the slow, but steady turning of wheels away from the harshness of extreme duality towards a unified approach to life. Aquarian Age, here we come!

Monthly Flying Stars: 9 Purple Fire  Star - July 2012

Flying Stars are traditionally known as San Yuan, translated as Heaven Energy, or Chi energy… Like everything in nature, this energy constantly changes course.  Like the changing seasons, the cycles of night and day, or the tides of the oceans, the Flying Stars are always on the move.

[I decided to shorten this part of the forecast from now on to give you a simple summary of the Flying Star’s influence for each month.]

The favorable 9 Purple Fire Star, bringing illumination and future success in its path, will have a beneficial impact on the month of July. This Star often brings fame and recognition, especially to young women. This July many youth are about to witness how the doors of various opportunities will finally start to open. Those who worked and prepared hard and waited for a break-through for so long may get their chance to reach success. This future Star carries the promise to help continue with our creative pursuits: encouraging us to persevere, as we may get a break sooner or later, especially, if our projects fit with the new emerging cosmic energies.

To enhance the beneficial influence of this bright 9 Purple Fire Star, it is good idea to use the colors of purple, red or orange to decorate the central parts of our living space, or we may choose to use lights or candles to illuminate the central areas of our environments. On a collective level, the general feeling will turn to that of more optimism in many areas, including the fields of education, health, and science or in the world of finance and business.

Young, talented upcoming entrepreneurs will find the month of July especially helpful to advance their plans and ideas. Overall, we have one of the most healing and beneficial influences concentrated in July in all of 2012.

With the exception of the North and NE areas, all sectors are balanced, or mitigated. The lovely  4 Love Star  visits the South combining its positive influence of Knowledge and Love with the ambitious drive of the yearly 1 Water Star there. The other sectors are in a neutral position, which does not mean that they are not active. The positive energies of the above Stars will dominate the month for the most part, and the negative Stars will just have to remain ineffective for the time being.

 The NE is the only sector that has to battle the negative aspects of the monthly 3 hostile Wood Star  while the yearly 9 Fire Star enhances its harsh influence. This could mean quarrels, natural disasters, especially fires, causing some losses in that region of a country or the planet.

The 5 Earth Star’s visit to the North is also wrought with difficulties, with the added negative influence of the 2 sickness Star already residing in that sector all year. (Fukushima radiation?)

The powerful cosmic energies of the yearly 6 White Metal Star  in the center will be greatly enhanced by the monthly 9 Purple Fire Star’s visit this July, bringing us a glimpse at a brilliant future – a peak preview into the Golden Age. Enjoy!

Month of the Fire Horse – Bing Wu – Yang Fire above–Yin Fire below

June 5- July 5 2012

One of the most exciting, explosive, action-packed months of the year has just arrived, ruled by none other, but the dynamic, unstoppable Fire Horse! Members of the horse family always bring much high-spirited fun, along with the inspiration to break free and follow our own path. This time we are blessed with that and more, adding in the exceptional vigor, stamina and loving spirit of the Fire Horse.

Fire brings to the already passionate sign of the horse a dynamic flair and the warmth of a bonfire. If the influence of the intellectually stimulating Wood Snake propelled you going in a new direction with your life, this physically turbo-charged month will set your sails even higher. The month of June will make us fly only as high as our imagination can carry us. No, we will not need anything else: our own colorful imagination, powered by the spirited leadership of the Fire Horse will be sufficient enough. This energy can transport us into our sacred magical realms to prepare for take-off and reach our limitless potential.

While the yearly influence of the Water Dragon kept challenging us to reach our highest levels of creativity, this Fire Horse month ignites the needed ammunition to make it all come to life. The Fire Horse is a mover and shaker, so expect June to be a physically demanding month. ‘Doing’ is the operating word now: manifestations of old and new dreams will pop into life more than ever, if we dare to accept the challenge of this rare opportunity.

The magnificent, energetic Fire Horse can bring lightning–fast transformations into our personal and collective lives, making June a memorable month on many levels. Starting off with the Full Moon eclipse on the 4^th, the writing on the wall reads that there is a new, yet unknown, chapter  written and its content is about to unfold. On the 5-6^th the extremely rare occurrence of the Venus Transit will add its cosmic autograph to make June 2012 unforgettable.  Need we ask for any more transformation? I think this much explosive energy can and will create an entirely new reality on our troubled planet.

Meanwhile, the untamed energies of the Fire Horse in June may set the stage for a refreshing challenge to the year’s ruler: the Water Dragon. Water and Fire are opposite energies: thus, a formidable display of power-play could manifest in global politics, high finance and the world of economics. The games being played for centuries by the major players could reach sizzling showdown levels in June.  On a personal level as well, the impact of this Fire Horse may bring to many of us a greater chance for romance, along with more emotional highs and lows, love dramas of all types, with greater levels of physical passion thrown in the mix.

Fortunes can be lost and gained at top speed. This can encompass the whole ‘enchilada’: financial, health-related or romantic fortunes, as well as political careers, fame and recognition could be gained and lost at a drop of a hat this month. Mother Earth, herself, is bound to display some fireworks, to be sure. She may express her trans-formative powers in the form of underwater volcanic eruptions or increased earthquake activities.

The element Fire is associated with the emotion of Joy. During most of this Water Dragon year the Fire element has been missing from the year’s chart. However, in June (and July) we will be treated to an unusually high amount of Fire energy. The sudden input of great passion and enthusiasm from Yang Fire, it will be an incredibly inspirational force to bring out our free creative expression, the desire for exploration of our world, our environment, our Selves or partners and friends.. to name a few examples.  June will be the most eventful and memorable month of 2012, IMO.

The favorable 1 White Water Star, bringing success in its path, will have a beneficial impact on the month of June. Associated with ambition, drive and help from wise advisers or friends, this Star offers the potential to change our reality for the better. Those needing a break-through in their struggles can utilize the helpful energies of this Star to win over enemies, obstacles, careers or competitions of all sorts.

Best areas for June: the NE takes the flag, with the yearly 9 Purple Fire Star bringing emphasis to the fortunate influence of the 4 Love Star in this sector. The East is blessed with the visiting 8 Earth Star’s meet-up with the yearly 4 Wood Star. This influence could mean that helpful cooperation and creative financial solutions may be emerging from the Eastern regions of a country, continent or the globe.

With the exception of the South-East region, the remaining Stars will get along well this month, mitigating each other, reducing the likelihood of any harmful influence to a minimum.

The SE regions of countries, continents or the planet, however, could experience more calamity in June.  Due to the 5 Star’s double-trouble influence,  combined with the yearly 9 Star‘s increased input, this area may be the stage for some activity.

We can expect Fire-related incidents, earthquakes, accidents or other natural disasters in this location. For the home or office environment, it is best to use the Feng Shui cures of the Metal element: wind chimes, coins, metal objects, etc…

Month of the Wood Snake –Yi Si – Yin Wood above–Yang Fire below 

May 5-June 4 2012

If you thought things are getting too complex, wait ‘til you experience the times ahead in these 30-some days. Traditionally, May is the month of the graceful and wise Snake. Also called ‘little Dragon’, the Snake sign takes us into the mystical realms of his/her inner sanctum.

The psychological, emotional and intellectual complexity of this sign could not be emphasized enough. Snakes are also extremely irresistible, they are charmers of the highest order, but the Wood Snake takes the trophy, in my opinion. Anyone who has had the fortune to encounter someone with this energetic combo on their Day, Month or Year pillar knows just what I am talking about.

The Yin Wood element gives this Snake great intellectual stamina, and he/she is a lot more social than other types. Monthly Flying Stars: 2 Black Earth Star -May 2012

Flying Stars are traditionally known as San Yuan, translated as Heaven Energy, or Chi energy… Like everything in nature, this energy constantly changes course.  Like the changing seasons, the cycles of night and day, or the tides of the oceans, the Flying Stars are always on the move.

[I decided to shorten this part of the forecast from now on to give you a simple summary of the Flying Star’s influence for each month.]

The 2 black Earth“sickness” Star will grab our attention this month as we will have to acknowledge the dismal state of health of our planet. Central parts of continents or countries may get affected by sudden outbreaks of contagious dis-eases: man-made or otherwise. At a personal level, it is best to mitigate this influence with metal objects, like coins or wind chimes. This star’s visit will be a strong reminder how urgent it is to take better care of ourselves, our global family and our planet in general.

Besides the malefic influence of the central star of 2 Earth, the other negatively affected area to watch is the North-East. Fire-related calamities should be prevented both on land and in the waterways in the North-Eastern parts.

Best areas in May are the East and West, respectively: the beneficial combination of the 4 Wood Stars energies of Love and Knowledge should be fully utilised here, while in the South the meetings of ambition and power could be very helpful -if used for beneficial reasons- for those seeking progress in the Southern regions.
