Center: 9 Purple Star - Fire in the center means ‘Fire in the belly’: the central parts of the world, or a given continent or country may see internal conflicts, Fire-related accidents, Earth quakes or volcanic activities.

East: 7 White Metal Star – The most diverse of the Stars, it can bring legal conflict, robberies, but it also represents increased spiritual and communication awareness. It is best to use protection in this area with Feng Shui cures. The Eastern countries, such as Korea, Japan may face legal scandals leading to better governance this year.

South-East: 8 Earth Star – The South East Asian continent continues to be the focal point with growth and prosperity. The SE of any given country will see increased prosperity and good fortune in 2009.

South: 4 Wood Star – Signifying Love, Romance and Education, this star is ‘happy’ in this center as it gets support there. This year countries from the Southern part of the globe could offer leading scholars inventors or smart solutions to world problems.

South-West: 6 Metal Star – This area will see important changes that could benefit many. South-American countries may find more stability and leadership in 2009.

West: 2 Black Earth Star – The sickness Star flies here this year, food products, digestion-related problems need attention in any Western parts of countries, countries or continents.

North-West: 1 Water Star – Water in the NW could mean turbulence in waterways, ocean shores or in the NW location of a given country, or continent. In contrast, water shortages in the central areas of countries, or continents may rise to a crisis level.

North: 5 Yellow Earth Star – Sitting in the North, this area should be watched most, as conflicts, natural disasters, local wars may erupt – it is considered the ‘triple conflict’ location. Northern continents, the northern regions of any country should use caution and be well prepared. Homes, offices facing North need Feng Shui cures for protection. Use Metal Wind Chime as a cure.

North -East: 3 Wood Star – The center for arguments and battles, it must be protected with cures as well. North-Eastern countries or the NE of any given country may face controversial debates, legal conflicts or natural disasters.
